How do you put a price on art? How do you walk into a room and negotiate like you belong there... because you do. In the Renaissance, artists were considered intellectual equals to statesmen and philosophers. That didn't change because artists became less valuable. It changed because we stopped showing our worth. We fix that here. Contracts, pitching, rates, social media strategy, AI tools that give independent artists a serious edge... and the confidence to say what your work is worth, clearly and gracefully, like the absolute G you already are. Because staying current doesn't mean burning out. It means staying rooted in your passion, your community, and yourself... and moving from that place. What sits behind this program is decades of lived experience across music, performance, branding, business, and creative strategy... hard-won knowledge, deep professional networks, and a level of expertise that most people spend a lifetime and a fortune trying to access. I built this because I know what it means to have the fire and not have the door. To find music not through a classroom, but through life. Through loss. Through the kind of contrast that either breaks you or builds you. And I am opening every door I have, for you. Metro Arts Nashville believed in that vision and invested in it. Every dollar of that investment is being poured directly back into the women in this room. Every participant receives dedicated 1:1 time with professionals specifically chosen for their path... a vocal coach, a booking agent, a producer, a brand strategist, a business mentor. You decide what you need most. The more you bring, the more this becomes. This is not a course. This is a life investment, and we are treating it like one.

Most of you will want to perform. Some of you will find your power is in producing the room... running social, directing, building the harmonies that hold everyone together, making sure the night actually happens. Every role matters. Every role IS the show. You will each bring your truest skill, and together you will build something none of you could have built alone. You will each carry multiple roles, chip in equally, and carry each other when one of you needs it. Because that's how this works. Not just in the show. In life. In June you don't stop training. You level up. Business skills, mentorship, continuing to sharpen your craft... AND you begin building the showcase as a team. You choose the venue. You agree on the vision. You figure out, together, how to make it real. Dates will be set. Life will happen anyway. As I've learnt... the plan is the container, not the content. Hold your vision and stay open. Lead and let go. Shine fully and lift every woman in the room with you. The showcase may extend into July if the cohort needs more time to do it justice. That's not a compromise... that's wisdom. That's real. The work gets done. The show goes on. And what you create together will be bigger, louder, and more alive than anything you could have made alone.
